Aerotrope are principal designers of the record-breaking Sailrocket 2, which at 65.45 knots average, smashed the outright world record in speed sailing three times in 2012- remaining unbeaten since. Unique insights into the design of the wingsail, hydrofoil and certain positioning of the sail and keel elements, not to mention some spectacular and interesting mistakes we learned from along the way.
